[摘要]為研究二次補漿量對半灌漿鋼制套筒灌漿連接性能的影響,以鋼筋直徑和二次補漿量為試驗參數(shù),設(shè)計制作了18個試件。通過單向拉伸試驗主要研究了試件的破壞形式、極限承載力、應(yīng)變分布、灌漿料損傷深度等。結(jié)果表明:試件破壞形式受鋼筋直徑和二次補漿量的影響較小,套筒兩端鋼筋發(fā)生頸縮破壞,接頭強度滿足要求,端部灌漿料呈錐形破壞。直徑12mm和20mm鋼筋連接試件極限強度分別大于和接近鋼筋實測極限強度,其中直徑12mm的鋼筋連接試件與鋼筋實測極限強度最大偏差約4.47%。隨著二次補漿量增大,直徑12mm鋼筋連接試件縱向應(yīng)變不再趨于均勻分布,各測點應(yīng)變數(shù)值差異逐漸增大,直徑20mm鋼筋連接試件環(huán)向峰值應(yīng)變位置改變。隨著鋼筋直徑和二次補漿量的增大,灌漿料損傷深度數(shù)值及其占鋼筋嵌入長度的百分比整體呈增大趨勢,兩種試件最大損傷深度所占百分比分別為8.54%和9.89%。

Experimental study on effect of secondary grouting on connection performance of rebar sleeve grouting

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the amount of secondary grouting on the connection performance of semi-grouted steel sleeve grouting, 18 specimens were designed and fabricated with the rebar diameter and the amount of secondary grouting as test parameters. Through uniaxial tensile test, the failure form, ultimate bearing capacity, strain distribution and damage depth of grouting material were mainly studied. The results show that the failure mode of the specimen is less affected by rebar diameter and the amount of secondary grouting. The rebars at both ends of the sleeve are damaged by necking, the splice strength meets the requirements, and the end grouting material is conical failure. The ultimate strength of the 12mm and 20mm rebar connection specimens is greater than and close to the measured ultimate strength of the rebar, respectively. The maximum deviation between the 12mm diameter rebar connection specimens and the measured ultimate strength of the rebar is about 4.47%. With the increase of the amount of secondary grouting, the longitudinal strain of the 12mm diameter rebar connection specimen no longer tends to be uniformly distributed, the difference of the strain values at each measuring point gradually increases, and the circumferential peak strain position of the 20mm diameter rebar connection specimen changes. As rebar diameter and the amount of secondary grouting increase, the damage depth of the grouting material and its percentage in the embedded length of the rebar increase as a whole. The percentages of the maximum damage depth of the two specimens are 8.54% and 9.89% respectively.
