新型鋼筋套筒擠壓連接技術在裝配式建筑的應用研究

[摘要]基于現有鋼筋套筒擠壓連接技術,通過增加定位鋼管進行優(yōu)化,形成一種新型鋼筋套筒擠壓+鋼管定位連接梁柱節(jié)點體系,并通過試驗證明了該節(jié)點具有良好的工程抗震性能; 以一棟框架結構教學樓為應用背景,重點論述了鋼筋套筒擠壓+鋼管定位連接梁柱節(jié)點的關鍵技術應用。工程實踐表明,該節(jié)點體系具有安全可靠、施工便捷、成本較低、耐久性能好、適用范圍廣等優(yōu)勢,可應用于一般裝配式建筑預制柱和預制剪力墻的縱向鋼筋連接。

Research on the application of new steel-reinforced sleeve extrusion connection technology in assembled buildings

Abstract:Based on the existing steel-reinforced sleeve extrusion connection technology, optimized by adding positioning steel pipe, a new type of beam-column joint system with steel-reinforced sleeve extrusion+steel pipe positioning connection was created, and it was proved that the joint has fine engineering seismic performance by experiment. Taking a teaching building with frame structure as application background, the key technology application of the beam-column joint with steel-reinforced sleeve extrusion+steel pipe positioning connection was mainly discussed. Engineering practice shows that the joint system has lots of advantage, such as safety and reliability, convenient construction, lower cost, good durability and wide scope of application. And the joint system can be used for connection of longitudinal steel bars of prefabricated columns and shear walls of general assembled building.
