鋼筋連接用套筒灌漿料耐火性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]考慮自然冷卻方式下,對(duì)不同高溫以及持續(xù)不同時(shí)間后的鋼筋連接用套筒灌漿料試塊進(jìn)行了抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),并與常溫下的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。同時(shí),應(yīng)用SEM對(duì)試塊進(jìn)行了微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析。結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度的升高,灌漿料試塊內(nèi)部孔洞數(shù)量逐漸增多,尺寸逐漸增大,凝膠體結(jié)構(gòu)致密程度逐漸下降并出現(xiàn)裂縫和局部破碎,600℃高溫處理后劣化最嚴(yán)重; 抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度均隨溫度的升高而下降,但抗壓強(qiáng)度降低幅度小于抗折強(qiáng)度降低幅度。相同溫度下,持續(xù)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)時(shí),抗折強(qiáng)度則趨于穩(wěn)定。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)后的性能評(píng)估提供參考依據(jù)。

Experimental study on fire resistance of grouting material for sleeve of rebar splicing

Abstract:Considering the natural cooling method, the flexural strength and compressive strength tests were carried out on the test blocks for grouting material for sleeve of rebar splicing after different high temperatures and for different durations, and compared with the test results at room temperature. At the same time, SEM was applied to analyze the microstructure of the test blocks. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, the number of inner hole of the grouting test blocks increased gradually, the size gradually increases, the degree of densification of the gel structure gradually decreased and the cracks and partial failure occurred, the degradation is the most serious after 600℃. The flexural strength and compressive strength decreased with the increase of temperature, but the reduction of compressive strength is smaller than that of flexural strength. At the same temperature, when the duration is longer, the flexural strength tends to be stable. The test results can provide a basis for quality evaluation of prefabricated concrete structure after fire.
