［摘要］在裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中，豎向受力構(gòu)件連接是保證結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵，其主要的連接方式是灌漿套筒連接。采用取出實(shí)體剖開檢測(cè)的方法分析了灌漿套筒施工的主要質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。提出了采用工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)檢測(cè)套筒施工質(zhì)量的方法,并通過(guò)某實(shí)際工程驗(yàn)證灌漿套筒中錨固鋼筋長(zhǎng)度和灌漿飽滿度。結(jié)果表明，采用工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)可以很好地檢測(cè)灌漿套筒中錨固鋼筋長(zhǎng)度和灌漿飽滿度。

Abstract:In the precast concrete structure, the connection of vertical force-bearing members is the key to ensure the quality of the structure. Grouting sleeve connection is the main connection mode. The main quality problems of the grouting sleeve construction were analyzed by using split detection method. The method of using industrial endoscope technology to detect the quality of sleeve construction was proposed, and the reinforcement anchorage length in the grouting sleeve and grouting fullness were verified by an actual project. The results show that industrial endoscope technology was used to well detect the reinforcement anchorage length in the grouting sleeve and grouting fullness.
