[摘要]柔性法蘭是一種盤面平整、易于加工的鋼管連接形式。但是,由于法蘭主管與法蘭盤間未設(shè)置加勁肋,法蘭節(jié)點的剛度相對較小,盤面會發(fā)生翹起變形?;诖俗冃翁攸c,開展了柔性法蘭軸拉承載力試驗及非線性有限元模擬分析,考察柔性法蘭的軸拉承載力特性,重點研究柔性法蘭盤面變形特性及應(yīng)變發(fā)展規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:軸拉作用下法蘭主管與法蘭盤連接焊縫處存在應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象且試驗中也在此焊縫處被拉裂; 法蘭盤下側(cè)受拉,上側(cè)受壓,法蘭盤根部張開,盤面中部應(yīng)變發(fā)展最快。基于試驗及模擬分析結(jié)果,柔性法蘭連接螺栓處于拉彎復(fù)合受力狀態(tài),螺栓受力修正系數(shù)m值略小于規(guī)范值; 法蘭盤相對轉(zhuǎn)角計算公式可用于柔性法蘭連接設(shè)計。

Research on bearing capacity characteristics of flexible flange under axial tension

Abstract:Flexible flange is a kind of steel tube connection form with flat surface and easy processing. However, because there is no stiffening rib between the flange main pipe and the flange plate,, the stiffness of the flange joint is relatively small, and the flange plate will take up the warping deformation. Based on this deformation characteristics, the flexible flange axial tension bearing capacity test and nonlinear finite element simulation analysis were carried out to investigate the axial tension bearing capacity characteristics of the flexible flange, and the focus was on the deformation characteristics and strain development law of the flexible flange plate. The research results show that there is a stress concentration phenomenon at the welding seam of the flange main pipe and the flange plate under the action of axial tension, and the welding seam is also stretched in the test; the lower side of the flange plate is tensioned and the upper side is compressed. The root of flange plate is open, and the strain in the middle of the plate is developing fastest. Based on the results of test and simulation analysis, flexible flange connection bolts are in a state of combined tension and bending, and the bolt force correction factor m is slightly smaller than the standard value. The calculation formula for the relative rotation angle of the flange proposed can be used for the design of flexible flange connection.
