新型玉米秸稈重組材平行紋集成材的力學(xué)性能研究*

[摘要]新型玉米秸稈重組集成材是將全新工藝生產(chǎn)的玉米秸稈重組材進(jìn)行集成,形成的新型代木結(jié)構(gòu)材料,具有強(qiáng)度高、耐腐蝕性強(qiáng)、來(lái)源廣泛、防蟲(chóng)防潮、耐火性能好、環(huán)保節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。主要通過(guò)試驗(yàn)對(duì)新型玉米秸稈重組材平行紋集成材的抗壓力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究,確定新型玉米秸稈集成材的順紋、橫紋抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量等力學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,新型玉米秸稈重組集成材抗壓強(qiáng)度主要取決于重組材的強(qiáng)度; 順紋立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度約為橫紋立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度的兩倍,橫紋兩個(gè)方向的抗壓強(qiáng)度有差異,但差異不大。集成材的彈性模量略低于重組材,但力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到較好的集成木指標(biāo); 集成材順紋受壓破壞形式與橫紋受壓破壞形式差異較大。

Study on mechanical properties of new type corn straw reconstituted parallel-grain laminate integrated material

Abstract:The new type  corn straw  integrated material made by reconstituted material,which has the advantages of high strength, strong corrosion resistance, wide source, insect-proof and moisture-proof, good fire resistance, environmental protection and energy saving,integrates the corn straw reconstituted material produced by the new technology  to form a new substitute wood structure material. The compression resistance properties of the new type corn straw  reconstituted  parallel-grain laminate were mainly by investigated through experiments, the mechanical indexes of the new type corn straw  integrated material such as compression strength and elastic modulus of parallel-grain and transverse-grain were determined. The results show that, the compression strength of the new corn straw integrated material made by reconstituted material, mainly depends on the strength of the reconstituted material itself, and the cube compression strength of the parallel-grain  is about twice that of the transverse-grain. The compression strength of the two directions of the transverse\|grain is different, but the difference is not significant. The elastic modulus of the integrated material is slightly lower than that of the reconstituted material, but the mechanical properties of two types material all reach a better index of the integrated wood, and the failure form of the integrated material of parallel-grain  has large differences from that of the transverse-grain.
