[摘要]九江國際金融廣場A1#樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)高度299.3m,采用型鋼混凝土(鋼)框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了A1#樓的工程特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)分析情況,采用PKPM-SATWE軟件進(jìn)行了多遇地震作用下的彈性分析,采用Perform 3D軟件進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的動力彈塑性時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明:結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。針對結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況采用性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法,并探討了環(huán)帶桁架設(shè)計(jì)方法,為同類型超高層設(shè)計(jì)提供一些借鑒。

Structural design of super high-rise building A1# in Jiujiang International Financial Plaza

Abstract: The structure height of A1# building in Jiujiang International Financial Plaza is 299.3m, which adopts the steel reinforced concrete (steel) frame-core tube hybrid structure system. The engineering characteristics and structural analysis of A1# building were introduced. PKPM-SATWE software was used to perform elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes, and Perform 3D software was used to perform dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes. The results show that the structure can meet the set seismic performance target. The performance-based design method was adopted for the structural out-of-limit situation, and the ring-belt truss design method was discussed to provide some reference for the design of the same type of super high-rise buildings.
