［摘要］針對(duì)角件旋轉(zhuǎn)式模塊單元連接節(jié)點(diǎn)，對(duì)2個(gè)試件進(jìn)行了靜力拉伸試驗(yàn)，研究了角件旋轉(zhuǎn)式模塊單元連接節(jié)點(diǎn)中角件及旋轉(zhuǎn)件在節(jié)點(diǎn)受拉時(shí)的受力特性，及下角件頂板厚度對(duì)于節(jié)點(diǎn)抗拉承載力的影響。通過(guò)ABAQUS有限元軟件建立節(jié)點(diǎn)抗拉模型，將有限元分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比，證明有限元分析的有效性，并通過(guò)參數(shù)化分析得到下角件頂板厚度對(duì)于節(jié)點(diǎn)抗拉承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明：角件旋轉(zhuǎn)式模塊單元連接節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較好的承載力和延性；影響節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力的重要因素是下角件頂板厚度，增加下角件頂板厚度有利于提高節(jié)點(diǎn)屈服承載力。

Study on the tensile behavior of rotary inter-module connection joint

Abstract: The static tensile test of two specimens was carried out for the rotary inter-module connection joint. The force characteristics of the corner piece and the rotating piece in the rotary inter-module connection joint, and the influence of the thickness of the lower corner piece on the tensile capacity of the joint were studied. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the tensile model of the joint. The finite element analysis results were compared with the experimental data to prove the validity of the finite element analysis. The effect of the top plate thickness of the lower corner piece on the tensile capacity of the joint was obtained by parametric analysis. The results show that the rotary inter-module connection joint has good bearing capacity and ductility; the important factor affecting the bearing capacity of the joint is the top plate thickness of the lower corner piece, and increasing the thickness of the top plate of the lower corner piece is beneficial to improve the yield bearing capacity of the joint.
