[摘要]提出一種新型裝配式H形截面鋼柱預(yù)壓抗彎型連接節(jié)點(diǎn),即在柱拼接處腹板兩側(cè)各焊接一個(gè)支撐板及兩個(gè)加勁板,兩段柱上的支撐板通過四個(gè)預(yù)應(yīng)力拉桿連接,對(duì)拉桿施加預(yù)拉力后,對(duì)柱端面產(chǎn)生預(yù)壓力,利用此預(yù)壓力產(chǎn)生的摩擦力抗剪,利用壓應(yīng)力抗彎,實(shí)現(xiàn)荷載傳遞。建立試驗(yàn)試件的有限元模型,模擬了柱翼緣出現(xiàn)屈曲變形之后的滯回性能和失效模式。有限元計(jì)算得到的滯回曲線與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。在校準(zhǔn)過的模型的基礎(chǔ)上,通過改變節(jié)點(diǎn)幾何參數(shù)和力學(xué)參數(shù),分析了5個(gè)系列50個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)應(yīng)力拉桿是影響節(jié)點(diǎn)性能的重要組件,不同的預(yù)拉力施加值對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)性能影響很大,但預(yù)拉力的損失對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度影響不大;鋼柱翼緣板自由外伸寬度b與其厚度t之比β是對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)性能影響較大的參數(shù),當(dāng)該比值較大時(shí),柱拼接節(jié)點(diǎn)處翼緣較易發(fā)生局部失穩(wěn)。因此,合理的β值,是節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵因素。

Study on parameters of preloaded moment-resistant spliced joint of assembled H-section steel column

Abstract: A new type of preloaded moment-resistant spliced joint of assembled H-section steel column was proposed, that is, a supporting plate and two stiffening plates are welded on both sides of the web of the spliced column, and the supporting plates on the two sections of columns are connected by four pre-stressed tie rods. After the pre tension is applied, the pre-pressure will be produced on the end face of the column. By using the friction force produced by the pre-pressure to resist shear and compressive stress to resist bending, load transfer is realized. The finite element model of the test specimen was established to simulate the hysteretic performance and failure mode of the column flange after buckling. The hysteretic curve calculated by finite element is in good agreement with the test results. Based on the calibration model, the mechanical properties of 50 joints in five series were analyzed by changing the geometric and mechanical parameters of the joints. The results show that the pre-stressed tie rod is an important component to ensure the performance of the joint, and different pre-tension values have a great impact on the performance of the joint, but the loss of pre-tension has little effect on the initial rotational stiffness of the joint; the ratio β of the free overhanging width b of the steel column flange plate to its thickness t is a parameter that has a great influence on the performance of the joint. When β value is large, the flange at the column splicing joint is prone to local instability. Therefore, reasonable β value is the key factor of the joint design.
