[摘要]為研究大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土帶肋疊合板在不同支撐條件下的力學(xué)性能,以及長期荷載對(duì)板變形的影響,分別進(jìn)行單塊疊合板在兩端簡支和兩端梁支座條件下的靜力加載試驗(yàn),以及由三塊預(yù)制帶肋底板密拼、疊合層整體澆筑的整體大板長期加載試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:兩端梁支座的預(yù)應(yīng)力疊合板的初始剛度和板底開裂荷載均大于兩端簡支預(yù)應(yīng)力疊合板,預(yù)制帶肋底板與現(xiàn)澆疊合層混凝土粘結(jié)良好,未出現(xiàn)開裂和剪切滑移;整體大板變形隨時(shí)間不斷增加,加載歷時(shí)一個(gè)月后,變形趨于穩(wěn)定,同荷載作用下整體大板的跨中撓度是兩端簡支單塊疊合板跨中撓度的23.6%,整體大板呈現(xiàn)出雙向受力特征。

Experimental study on mechanical performance of large-span prestressed concrete ribbed laminated slab and its engineering application

Abstract: To study of mechanical performance of large-span prestressed concrete ribbed laminated slab under different supporting conditions and to study the influence of long-term load on the slab deformation, static loading tests were conducted on a single laminated slab respectively under conditions of simply supported at both ends and supported at both beam supports, and a long-term loading test was carried out of an integral slab composed of three precast ribbed bottom plates and a laminated layer. The test results show that the initial stiffness and cracking load at the bottom of the prestressed laminated slab with two ends of beam supports are greater than those of the prestressed laminated slab with simply supported at two ends. The prestressed laminated slab and cast-in-place laminated concrete bond well, and no cracking and shearing slip occur. The deformation of the whole slab increases with time, and tends to be stable after one month of loading. The mid-span deflection of the integral slab under the same load is 23.6% of the mid-span deflection of the single laminated slab simply supported at both ends, and the integral slab presents the characteristics of bidirectional force.
