豎向分布筋不連接裝配式剪力墻抗震性能試驗研究*

[摘要]為解決如今裝配式剪力墻安裝過程中豎向鋼筋接頭數(shù)量多導(dǎo)致的安裝難等問題,提出了一種新型豎向分布筋不連接裝配式剪力墻(簡稱SGBL裝配式剪力墻),其主要特點為墻體豎向分布鋼筋斷開連接,邊緣構(gòu)件主筋根據(jù)本文提出的等承載力設(shè)計方法進行加大以彌補抗彎承載力的損失。為研究SGBL裝配式剪力墻墻體抗震性能,開展了4片足尺剪力墻試件的低周往復(fù)試驗,包括兩片現(xiàn)澆對比剪力墻試件以及兩片SGBL裝配式剪力墻試件。試驗結(jié)果表明:SGBL裝配式剪力墻試件破壞形態(tài)與現(xiàn)澆對比剪力墻試件基本相同,采用本文提出的等承載力設(shè)計方法后,SGBL裝配式剪力墻承載力與現(xiàn)澆剪力墻基本一致。同時SGBL裝配式剪力墻耗能能力好于現(xiàn)澆剪力墻,表明這種SGBL裝配式剪力墻不僅可以解決連接接頭數(shù)量過多所導(dǎo)致的安裝難問題,且在不削弱抗震性能的同時具備較高的經(jīng)濟價值。

Experimental study on seismic performance of precast shear wall with unconnected vertical distributed reinforcements

Abstract: To solve the fabrication problems of precast shear wall caused by too many connection joints, a new type of SGBL precast shear wall with unconnected vertical distributed reinforcements was developed. The vertical distributed reinforcements of the SGBL precast shear wall were unconnected and the longitudinal reinforcements in the boundary elements were increased by the equal capacity design method proposed in this paper to compensate for the loss of the flexural capacity. In order to study the seismic performance of the SGBL precast shear wall, four full-scale shear wall specimens, including two cast-in-place specimens as a contrast and two SGBL precast shear wall specimens, were tested under low cyclic lateral loading conditions. The test results indicate that the damage patterns of the SGBL precast shear walls are similar with that of the cast-in-place shear walls. The loading capacities of SGBL precast shear wall specimens are comparable to those of the cast-in-place specimens by the equal capacity design method proposed in this paper. Moreover, SGBL precast shear wall specimens exhibited better energy dissipation than the cast-in-place shear wall specimens, which indicates that SGBL precast shear wall can not only solve the fabrication problems caused by too many connection joints but also may provide considerable economic benefits without weakening the seismic performance of the structure.
