[摘要] 中國(guó)已成為300m以上高的超高層建筑發(fā)展的中心之一,截止到2021年,全球高度前15棟已建和在建超高層建筑中9棟位于中國(guó),建筑高度已突破600m。在超高層建筑高度不斷突破的同時(shí),地基基礎(chǔ)面臨高基底壓力、復(fù)雜的風(fēng)和地震作用、嚴(yán)格的沉降控制等問(wèn)題。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)超高層建筑的建造需求與工程實(shí)例,總結(jié)了超高層建筑樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)原則、主要深基礎(chǔ)形式。闡述了鋼管樁、嵌巖樁、大直徑超長(zhǎng)灌注樁等幾種主要基礎(chǔ)形式的特點(diǎn)與設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),并對(duì)應(yīng)地介紹了上海環(huán)球金融中心、南京綠地紫峰大廈、天津117大廈等典型超高層建筑基礎(chǔ)工程實(shí)踐,分別涉及含礫中粗砂、中風(fēng)化安山巖、粉砂等不同性質(zhì)的持力土層,分別采用了不同的樁基礎(chǔ)形式和針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)與施工措施。

Design and practice of pile foundation of super high-rise buildings

Abstract: China has become one of the centers for the development of super high-rise buildings over 300m. Among the top 15 super high-rise buildings built or under construction in the world by 2021, 9 of these are located in China, and the building height has exceeded 600m. While the height of super high-rise building is constantly breaking through, the foundation is faced with high basement pressure, complex wind and earthquake action, strict settlement control and other problems. The design principles of pile foundation and main deep foundation types of super high-rise buildings were summarized according to the construction requirements and engineering examples of super high-rise buildings in China. The characteristics and design key points of several main foundation forms such as steel pipe pile, rock-socketed pile and large diameter and super long cast-in-place pile were expounded. The foundation engineering practices of typical super high-rise buildings such as Shanghai World Financial Center, Nanjing Greenland Zifeng Building and Tianjin 117 Building were introduced correspondingly.These projects involve different kinds of soil layers with different properties, such as medium coarse gravel, medium weathered andesite, silty sand, etc. Different forms of pile foundation and corresponding design and construction measures were adopted respectively.
