構(gòu)造柱對(duì)自嵌固生土磚墻抗震性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為研究一種不使用砂漿砌筑而是通過(guò)塊材間機(jī)械咬合作用連接的自嵌固生土磚墻的抗震性能,設(shè)計(jì)制作了兩片帶構(gòu)造柱與兩片無(wú)構(gòu)造柱的自嵌固生土磚墻試件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行低周反復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn)。分析了試件的破環(huán)特征、極限承載力、滯回曲線(xiàn)和骨架曲線(xiàn)等力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:構(gòu)造柱可以顯著改善自嵌固生土磚墻的抗震性能,表現(xiàn)在墻體開(kāi)裂荷載、極限承載力、變形能力、耗能能力和整體性的提高?;谠囼?yàn)結(jié)果和分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)行《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50003—2010)中的砌塊墻體抗剪承載力計(jì)算方法,提出自嵌固生土磚墻的抗剪承載力計(jì)算公式,該公式的抗剪承載力計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值吻合較好。

Experimental research on the effect of constructional columns on seismic performance of interlocking compressed earth block wall

Abstract:In order to study the  seismic performance of interlocking compressed earth block walls without mortar masonry connected by mechanical biting between blocks, two specimens of interlocking compressed earth block walls with constructional columns and two specimens of interlocking compressed earth block walls without constructional columns were designed and fabricated, and the low-cycle repeated load tests were conducted. The failure characteristics, ultimate bearing capacity, hysteresis curve and skeleton curve of the specimens were analyzed. The results show that the seismic performance of the walls can be significantly improved by the constructional column, which manifests in the improvement of cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity, deformation capacity, energy dissipation capacity and integrity of the wall. Based on the test results and analysis, combined with the calculation method of the shear capacity of the block wall in the current Masonry structural design code(GB 50003—2010), a formula for calculating the shear capacity of the interlocking compressed earth block wall was proposed. The calculated value of the shear capacity of the formula is in good agreement with the experimental value.
