栓釘連接件重復(fù)荷載下抗拔性能劣化機(jī)理研究*

[摘要]以栓釘直徑、埋深及是否設(shè)置鋼筋網(wǎng)片為參數(shù),進(jìn)行了8個(gè)試件在重復(fù)荷載作用下的拉拔試驗(yàn),分析了不同參數(shù)對(duì)栓釘連接件抗拔性能劣化機(jī)理的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:低應(yīng)力重復(fù)荷載下,栓釘與混凝土幾乎沒(méi)有損傷;荷載達(dá)到栓釘屈服荷載的80%~86%時(shí),試件變形明顯增加,栓釘直徑較小的試件損傷出現(xiàn)較早;栓釘直徑和埋深較大的試件,其混凝土的沖切體積較大,損傷出現(xiàn)較晚;試件累積彈塑性變形隨著荷載級(jí)別增加呈二次函數(shù)曲線增長(zhǎng),設(shè)置鋼筋網(wǎng)片并增加栓釘埋深,可減小試件重復(fù)拉拔過(guò)程中的累積彈塑性變形;相同栓釘直徑時(shí),發(fā)生栓釘拉斷破壞試件比發(fā)生混凝土破壞試件的剛度退化速度更快,設(shè)置鋼筋網(wǎng)片并增大栓釘直徑有助于減緩試件剛度退化的速度。

Study on deterioration mechanism of anti-pulling performance of stud connector under repeated loads

Abstract:Taking the diameter, embedment depth of stud and whether or not to install steel mesh as parameters, the pull-lifting test of 8 specimens under repeated loads was carried out, and the influence of different parameters on deterioration mechanism of anti-pulling performance of stud connectors was analyzed. The research results show that the damage of the stud and concrete  almost does not appear under low stress repeated loads. When the load reaches 80%~86% of the yield load of the stud, the deformation of the specimen increases significantly, and the specimen with smaller diameter of the stud is damaged earlier. For specimens with larger diameter and embedment depth of stud, the punching volume of the concrete is larger, and the damage appears late. The cumulative elasto-plastic deformation of specimens increases with the increase of the load level in a quadratic function curve,setting steel mesh and increasing the embedment depth of stud can reduce the cumulative elasto-plastic deformation of specimens during the repeated pull-lifting process. When the diameter of the stud is same, the stiffness degradation rate of the specimen with stud breakage failure is faster than that of the specimen with concrete failure,setting up steel mesh and increasing the diameter of stud helps to slow down the rate of stiffness deterioration rate of specimens.
