碟簧-疊層橡膠三維復(fù)合隔震支座力學(xué)性能試驗研究*

[摘要]對適用于大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu)的碟簧-疊層橡膠三維復(fù)合隔震支座進(jìn)行隔震性能試驗研究,該支座由疊層橡膠與下部碟簧裝置串聯(lián)組成。水平方向,試驗測試了簡諧波激勵下支座的滯回性能,考察了剪應(yīng)變、豎向壓力及加載頻率對其水平力學(xué)性能的影響;豎直方向,對支座的等效剛度及等效阻尼比進(jìn)行試驗研究,考察了加載幅值、預(yù)壓力及加載頻率對其豎向滯回性能的影響,同時考察豎向剛度的變化對疊層橡膠支座水平力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,三維復(fù)合隔震支座在水平及豎向均有較好的滯回性能,水平方向等效阻尼比在0.07~0.11之間,其值隨著豎向壓力的增加而增大;豎向等效阻尼比在0.1~0.2之間,豎向加載頻率對其影響不大;豎向剛度的降低使支座的水平等效剛度、等效阻尼比增加。

Experiment study on the mechanical performance of disc spring-laminated rubber three-dimensional composite vibration isolation bearing

Abstract:An experimental study was conducted on the seismic isolation performance of the disc spring-laminated rubber three-dimensional composite vibration isolation bearing, which is composed of laminated rubber  and lower disc spring devices in series. In the horizontal direction, the hysteretic performance of the bearing under simple harmonic excitation was tested, and the effects of shear strain, vertical pressure and loading frequency on its horizontal mechanical properties were investigated. In the vertical direction, the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of the support were tested, and the effects of variation of loading amplitudes, pre-pressures and loading frequency on its vertical hysteretic performance were investigated as well. Meanwhile, the effects of changes in the vertical stiffness on the horizontal mechanical performance of the laminated rubber support were tested as well. It is shown that the three-dimensional composite vibration isolation bearing shares good hysteretic performance in both horizontal and vertical directions, and the equivalent damping ratio in horizontal direction is between 0.07 and 0.11, and it will be increased with the increasing of vertical pressure. The vertical equivalent damping ratio is from 0.1 to 0.2. The reduction of the vertical stiffness led to enlarge the value of the horizontal equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of the bearing.
