凍融、海蝕和老化條件下GFRP隔震支座橡膠片劣化性能試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]綜合考慮凍融、海蝕和老化條件下GFRP隔震支座的材料組成和所處環(huán)境的情況,確定橡膠片性能變化是GFRP隔震支座力學(xué)性能變化的主要因素之一。對32個(gè)GFRP隔震支座分別開展海水腐蝕、高溫老化和水凍水融試驗(yàn),并分析試驗(yàn)前后橡膠片力學(xué)性能的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在凍融、海蝕和老化條件下,橡膠片硬度、定伸應(yīng)力和拉伸強(qiáng)度隨著時(shí)間推移而增大,橡膠片拉斷伸長率隨著時(shí)間推移而下降。橡膠片在試驗(yàn)中力學(xué)性能變化率有所不同,考察時(shí)間、溫度和水分因素對橡膠片力學(xué)性能影響,分析比較得出對于橡膠片力學(xué)性能劣化,溫度影響顯著,水分影響次之,時(shí)間影響甚微。

Experimental study on deterioration performance  of rubber sheet of GFRP isolation bearing under freeze-thaw,sea erosion and aging conditions

Abstract:Considering the material composition and environment of GFRP isolation bearing under freeze-thaw,sea erosion and aging conditions, it is determined that the change of rubber sheet performance is one of the main factors of GFRP isolation bearing performance change. The seawater corrosion, high temperature aging and water freezing and water thawing tests were carried out on 32 GFRP seismic isolation bearings, and the variation law of mechanical properties of rubber sheet before and after the tests were analyzed. The results show that the hardness, constant tensile stress and tensile strength of the rubber sheet increase with the passage of time,and the elongation at break of the rubber sheet decreases with the passage of time under freeze-thaw,sea erosion and aging conditions. The change rate of mechanical properties of the rubber sheet varied in the test, and the effects of time, temperature and water on the mechanical properties of the rubber sheet were investigated. The analysis and comparison shows that for the deterioration of the mechanical properties of the rubber sheet, the effect of temperature is significant, followed by the effect of water, and the effect of time is very little.
