聚合物改性結(jié)構(gòu)修補(bǔ)材料設(shè)計(jì)及性能研究*

[摘要]利用實(shí)驗(yàn)室新開發(fā)的聚合物乳液,通過正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)比不同水膠比、乳液及乳液摻量對(duì)修補(bǔ)砂漿工作、力學(xué)性能的影響。并通過空白對(duì)照、XRD和SEM試驗(yàn),分析了乳液對(duì)修補(bǔ)砂漿的改性效果及增韌的作用機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,改性丙烯酸樹脂乳液較聚丙烯酸酯乳液及環(huán)氧樹脂乳液對(duì)修補(bǔ)砂漿工作及力學(xué)性能更有利。正交試驗(yàn)得到的乳液改性修補(bǔ)砂漿初始流動(dòng)度達(dá)335mm,28min可初凝,4h抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到43.8MPa、抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到6.3MPa,后期強(qiáng)度穩(wěn)定增長,28d抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到83.5MPa、抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到23MPa。同時(shí)正交試驗(yàn)得到的修補(bǔ)砂漿較不加乳液時(shí)抗沖擊和耐磨性能分別提高16.5倍和29.3%,且早期收縮更小。XRD和SEM試驗(yàn)分析結(jié)果表明,聚合物乳液失水凝聚在砂漿內(nèi)部形成了區(qū)域連續(xù)的空間網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),這種結(jié)構(gòu)有效分散了砂漿內(nèi)部的應(yīng)力集中,增強(qiáng)了砂漿的韌性,提高了砂漿的力學(xué)性能。

Design and performance research of polymer modified structural repair materials

Abstract:The effects of different water-binder ratios, emulsions and emulsion contents on the working and mechanical properties of repair mortar were compared by orthogonal experiments with the newly developed polymer emulsion by the laboratory. Through blank controlled experiment, XRD and SEM experiments, the modification effect and toughening mechanism of emulsion on repair mortar were analyzed. The research results show that the modified acrylic resin emulsion is more favorable to the working and mechanical properties of repair mortar than polyacrylate emulsion and epoxy resin emulsion. The initial fluidity of emulsion modified repair mortar obtained by orthogonal experiment is 335mm, initial setting can be achieved in 28min, 4h compressive strength is 43.8MPa, the flexural strength is 6.3MPa, the late strength increases steadily, and the compressive strength and the flexural strength after 28d is 83.5MPa and 23MPa respectively. At the same time, the impact resistance and wear resistance of the repaired mortar obtained by orthogonal experiment are respectively 16.5 times and 29.3% higher than that the condition without emulsion, and the early shrinkage is smaller. The results of XRD and SEM experiments show that the polymer emulsion water loss condenses in the mortar to form a regional continuous spatial network structure, which effectively disperses the stress concentration in the mortar, enhances the toughness of mortar, and improves the mechanical properties of mortar.
