[摘要]以鄭州某高層辦公樓地下室為研究對象,探討了抗浮設(shè)計中關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的取值和依據(jù)。同時建立了綜合考慮上部結(jié)構(gòu)、筏板與抗浮錨桿的有限元模型,對抗浮錨桿的抗拔剛度、布置方案、上部結(jié)構(gòu)剛度等因素進(jìn)行了多參數(shù)分析。結(jié)果表明:常規(guī)設(shè)計時采用的抗浮錨桿根數(shù)簡化計算方法的經(jīng)濟(jì)性與安全性均較差,應(yīng)采用考慮多因素的整體分析模型,確保地下室結(jié)構(gòu)抗浮設(shè)計安全、經(jīng)濟(jì);抗浮錨桿抗拔剛度對地下室抗浮設(shè)計影響較大,應(yīng)通過抗浮錨桿承載力試驗推導(dǎo)出實際剛度作為設(shè)計輸入條件,從而達(dá)到地下室抗浮設(shè)計的優(yōu)化;抗浮設(shè)計依賴抗浮錨桿抗拔與筏板彎曲共同作用,本質(zhì)上是筏板彎曲配筋設(shè)計與抗浮錨桿設(shè)置兩者平衡的過程。

Research on anti-floating design scheme of basement of high-rise building

Abstract:Taking the basement of a high-rise office building in Zhengzhou as a research object, the values and basis of key parameters in anti-floating design were discussed. At the same time, a finite element model that comprehensively considers the above-ground structure, baseplates and anti-floating anchors was established. The multi-parameter analysis of the anti-floating anchor′s pull stiffness, layout scheme, and above-ground structure stiffness was performed. The results show that the simplified calculation method of the number of anti-floating anchors is without advantage in economics and safety in conventional design, and the overall analysis model considering multiple factors should be adopted to ensure the safety and economy of the anti-floating design of the basement structure. The pull stiffness of the anti-floating anchors has a greater impact on the anti-floating design of the basement. The actual stiffness should be derived from the anti-floating anchor bearing capacity test as the design input condition to achieve the optimization of the basement anti-floating design.The anti-floating design relies on the joint action of the anti-floating anchor pull resistance and the baseplate bending, which is essentially a process of balancing the design of the raft bending reinforcement and the anti-floating anchor setting.
