[摘要]針對昆山市某高層建筑的不均勻沉降及其引起的建筑物傾斜問題,對其采用錨桿靜壓鋼管樁進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)加固,加固設(shè)計(jì)中合理選取錨桿靜壓樁樁型及樁長,通過反演分析計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)了具體的基礎(chǔ)加固方案。實(shí)施過程中采取帶壓力停樁、預(yù)應(yīng)力封樁和墊可壓縮材料,反壓和對壓以及充氣排水和注膨潤土定向擾動(dòng)等措施控制不均勻拖帶沉降的發(fā)展,并借助靜力水準(zhǔn)和傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測對施工過程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測,有效控制了基礎(chǔ)加固施工期間的不均勻拖帶沉降。最終建筑物沉降及傾斜得到了有效控制。

Exploration and application of uneven towing settlement control in high-rise buildings strengthened by anchor static pressure piles

Abstract:In view of the uneven settlement of a high-rise building in Kunshan city and the building tilt caused by the uneven settlement, the anchor static pressure steel pipe pile was adopted for foundation reinforcement. The pile type and pile length of the anchor static pressure pile were reasonably selected in the reinforcement design, and the concrete foundation reinforcement scheme was designed through inversion analysis and calculation. In the process of implementation, measures such as stopping piles with pressure, sealing piles with prestress, padding compressible materials, back pressure and opposite pressure, aeration and drainage, and directional disturbance of bentonite injection were taken to control the development of uneven towing settlement. The static level and traditional monitoring were used to monitor the construction process in real time, which effectively controls the uneven towing settlement during foundation reinforcement construction. Finally, the settlement and inclination of the building were effectively controlled.
