某超高層混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中剪力墻在強(qiáng)烈地震作用下存在拉力情況時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗震性能較差。結(jié)合某超高層住宅項(xiàng)目,對(duì)受拉剪力墻采用緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù),通過施加預(yù)應(yīng)力方式進(jìn)而提高墻體的抗拉能力及抗震能力。介紹了緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)概況、墻體預(yù)應(yīng)力計(jì)算、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋布置及張拉端設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)于墻體存在的應(yīng)力擴(kuò)散問題及混凝土收縮徐變導(dǎo)致的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失問題進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)分析,并得到應(yīng)力擴(kuò)散系數(shù)及損失后預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉應(yīng)力。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈塑性分析并對(duì)比預(yù)應(yīng)力方案及常規(guī)配置型鋼方案下結(jié)構(gòu)的基底剪力、結(jié)構(gòu)變形、結(jié)構(gòu)損傷及抗震性能,結(jié)果表明,緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)可較好地解決剪力墻受拉問題,且與常規(guī)配置型鋼方案具有一致的抗震性能。

 Retarded-bonded prestressed design of reinforced concrete shear wall in a high-rise building

Abstract: When tensile stress exists in the shear wall of the super high-rise building structure under the action of strong earthquake, the seismic performance of the structure is weak. Taking one high-rise residential building as a case, the tensile shear wall adopts the retard-bonded prestressed technology, and the pre-stress method was applied to improve the tension capacity and seismic capacity of the wall. The general situation of retard-bonded prestressed technology, the calculation of wall prestressing, the layout of prestressing tendon and design of prestressed tension end were introduced. Specific analysis was performed for the stress diffusion problem in the wall and the prestress loss caused by concrete shrinkage and creep, and the stress diffusion coefficient and the prestress tensile stress after loss were obtained. The elastic-plastic analysis of the structure was carried out and the base shear, structural deformation, structural damage and seismic performance of the structure under the prestressed scheme and the conventionally section steel scheme were compared. The results show that the retarded-bonded prestressed technology can better solve the tension problem of the shear wall, and it has the same seismic performance as the conventionally section steel scheme.
