基于某高烈度區(qū)地鐵上蓋建筑的裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系的研究

摘要: 傳統(tǒng)高烈度區(qū)地鐵上蓋建筑采用裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)體系,存在剛度突變、必須采用隔震層、結(jié)構(gòu)超限及建設(shè)成本較高等問題. 提出了一種適用于高烈度區(qū)地鐵上蓋建筑的裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,包括主體結(jié)構(gòu)和圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)配套體系. 通過對(duì)比裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能、建造成本等,得出裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在一定程度上避免了結(jié)構(gòu)超限問題,不僅能大幅降低蓋下和蓋上的建設(shè)成本,還能滿足建筑大開間靈動(dòng)性及后期改造的需求.在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步取消高烈度區(qū)裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系與蓋下間的隔震層,通過大震彈塑性計(jì)算分析,證明取消隔震層后的裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系在罕遇地震下仍有很好的抗震性能,且可節(jié)約綜合建造成本,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的裝配式政策及地鐵上蓋建筑市場(chǎng)需求具有很高的適應(yīng)性.

Abstract: The fabricated concrete structure system used for transit-oriented development (TOD) subway in the traditionalhigh seismic intensity area has some problems, such as sudden change of stiffness, the need to use isolation layer, structureoverrun and high construction cost. A fabricated steel structure system for TOD subway in high seismic intensity area wasproposed, including the main structure and the supporting system of enclosure structure. By comparing the structuralperformance and construction cost of fabricated steel structure and fabricated concrete structure, it is concluded thatfabricated steel structure can avoid the problem of structural overrun to a certain extent, which can not only significantlyreduce the construction cost under and above the cover, but also meet the flexibility of building large space and the needs oflater transformation. On this basis, the isolation layer between the fabricated steel structure system and the lower cover inthe high intensity area was further removed. Through the rare earthquake elastic-plastic calculation and analysis, it isproved that the fabricated steel structure system without the isolation layer still has good seismic performance under rareearthquakes, can save the comprehensive construction cost, and has high adaptability to the existing fabricated policy andthe market demand for TOD subway.
