摘要: 為滿足建筑立面和使用要求,金橋國(guó)培中心采用懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng). 懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)由核心筒、懸掛桁架、吊柱和樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)組成. 結(jié)合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),介紹塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)選型以及懸掛系統(tǒng)各結(jié)構(gòu)體系與布置. 在核心筒中設(shè)置黏滯阻尼墻,減小主體結(jié)構(gòu)承擔(dān)地震作用,作為對(duì)單重抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)體系的一種有效加強(qiáng)措施. 對(duì)懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力性能進(jìn)行全面分析,驗(yàn)證結(jié)構(gòu)性能整體指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范的要求. 對(duì)懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)分析,包括樓板效應(yīng)分析、活荷載不利分布分析、抗連續(xù)倒塌分析以及樓板振動(dòng)舒適度分析等,評(píng)價(jià)局部結(jié)構(gòu)受力的可靠性,并提出相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施. 通過罕遇地震彈塑性時(shí)程分析,證明懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)滿足抗震性能要求.

Suspension structure design of Jinqiao Guopei Center

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of building facade and usage, Jinqiao Guopei Center adopts a suspensionstructure system. The suspension structure system consists of a core tube, suspension trusses, hanging columns and a floorsystem. Combined with the characteristics of the project, the selection of tower structure and the structural system andlayout of the suspension system were introduced. The viscous damping walls were set in the core tube to reduce the seismiceffect of the main structure, as an effective strengthening measure for the single lateral force structural system. Themechanics performance of the suspension structure was comprehensively analyzed to verify that the overall index of thestructural behavior meet the requirements of the specification. Special analysis was carried out on the key problems of thesuspension structure, including the analysis of the effect of the floor, the analysis of the unfavorable distribution of theactive load, the analysis of the prevention of progressive collapse and the analysis of the floor vibration comfort, etc., toevaluate the reliability of the local structure and propose corresponding strengthening measures. Through the time historyanalysis under rare earthquakes, it is proved that the suspension structure meets the seismic performance requirements.
