摘要: 鈺龍金融廣場(chǎng)采用下部為框架?核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),上部為框架?剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的超高位全托柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),屬 6 度區(qū)超 B 級(jí)高度多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑。 介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、性能化設(shè)計(jì)、彈性計(jì)算、彈性時(shí)程分析和動(dòng)力彈塑性計(jì)算等內(nèi)容,并著重介紹了減震耗能構(gòu)件的應(yīng)用和轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的加強(qiáng)措施。 分析結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)合理的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、細(xì)致的分析和完善的加強(qiáng)措施,能使結(jié)構(gòu)滿足設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)定的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)的要求。

Structural design of Yulong Financial Plaza

Abstract: Yulong Financial Plaza adopts a frame?core tube structure in the lower part and a frame?shear wall structure inthe upper part with a super?high supporting column transfer structure. It is an excessive high?rise building with multipleirregularities of super B?level height in the 6?degree zone. The basic design, performance?based design, elastic calculation,elastic time?history analysis and dynamic elastic?plastic calculation of the structure were introduced, and the application ofshock absorption and energy dissipation components and the strengthening measures for the conversion structure wereintroduced. The analysis results show that through reasonable structural arrangement, detailed analysis and perfectstrengthening measures, the structure can meet the requirements of the pre?designed seismic fortification objectives.
