摘要: 泛悅城 T2 塔樓為 A 級高度的鋼筋混凝土框架?核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),大屋面建筑總高度為 143?? 1m,大屋面之上為造型較為復雜的塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)。 塔冠高 36?? 40m,造型頂標高為 179?? 50m。 根據(jù)建筑造型要求,塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)只能沿著建筑物輪廓四周布置,塔樓中部鋼筋混凝土核心筒只能升至標高 151?? 600m 處,標高 151?? 600m 以上塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)無法設(shè)置有效側(cè)向支撐與中部鋼筋混凝土核心筒相連。 主要介紹了塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)體系以及為實現(xiàn)復雜建筑造型結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的布置及關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的處理辦法,塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時相關(guān)荷載的取值方法,針對塔冠位置高、建筑造型新穎、構(gòu)件連接復雜等特點進行的一系列分析與研究。 研究結(jié)果表明,塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)總體指標及構(gòu)件驗算均滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design and study of a steel tower crown with complex shape in Wuhan

Abstract: Panyuecheng T2 tower is a reinforced concrete frame?corewall structure with A?level height. The total buildingheight of the large roof is 143?? 1m. Above the large roof is a tower crown structure with a complex shape. The height of thetower crown is 36?? 40m, and the elevation of the crown top is 179?? 50m. According to the architectural modelingrequirements, the tower crown structure can only be arranged along the outline of the building, the reinforced concretecorewall in the middle of the tower can only be raised to an elevation of 151?? 600m, and the tower crown structure above theelevation of 151?? 600m cannot be connected with the central reinforced concrete corewall with effective lateral support. Thetower crown structural system, the arrangement of structural components for complex building shapes and the treatment ofkey nodes and the method for the value of relevant loads in the design of tower crown structures were mainly introduced. Aseries of analysis and research were carried out for the characteristics of high tower crown, novel architectural shape andcomplex component connection. The research results show that the overall index of the tower crown structure and thechecking calculation of components all meet the requirements of the specification.
