受限條件下深厚新填土場地樁基及基坑統(tǒng)籌設(shè)計

摘要: 以周邊環(huán)境要求高、地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜、非常規(guī)施工的某工程為例,詳細(xì)分析其工程特點。 采用正交分析法對樁基及基坑進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌設(shè)計,以實測結(jié)果分析樁基及基坑在開挖過程中的相互影響。 結(jié)果表明:對下部有較好持力層的深厚新填土場地選用載體樁是合理的,填土厚度、均勻性對載體樁單樁承載力影響不大;先行施工的永久性擋墻錨桿、灌注樁可明顯提高基坑的整體穩(wěn)定性;深厚新填土中采用樁側(cè)壓密注漿對提高載體樁抗壓效果不明顯,但可顯著提高水平承載力;基坑開挖前施工的錨桿最大位移及塑性位移均明顯大于基坑開挖后施工的錨桿;深層水平位移沿填土深度逐步減小,并在下部黏土頂面附近趨近于零。

Overall design of pile foundation and foundation pit of recent deep filling site under restricted conditions

Abstract: Taking a project with high requirements of surrounding environment, complex geological conditions andunconventional construction as an example, the engineering characteristics were analyzed in detail. Overall design of pilefoundation and foundation pit was carried out by orthogonal analysis method, and the interaction between pile foundationand foundation pit in the excavation process was analyzed based on the measured results. The results show that it isreasonable to select piles with ram?compacted for recent deep filling site with better bearing layer. The thickness anduniformity of filling site have little influence on the bearing capacity of piles with ram?compacted. The anchor rod inpermanent retaining wall and cast?in?place piles constructed in advance construction can significantly improve the overallstability of the foundation pit. The effect of pile side compaction grouting in recent deep filling site on improving thecompressive capacity of piles with ram?compacted were not obvious, but it can significantly improve the horizontal bearingcapacity. The maximum displacement and plastic displacement of anchor rod constructed before the excavation of thefoundation pit are significantly greater than that of the anchor rod constructed after the excavation of the foundation pit. Thedeep horizontal displacement decreases gradually along the filling soil depth and tends to zero near the top surface of thelower clay.
