摘要: 杭州智慧大廈的兩棟高層建筑分別由四個(gè)不同尺寸盒式建筑體塊沿高度方向交錯(cuò)疊合形成,有較多內(nèi)退、外挑及通高空間,并通過連接體連接,造型復(fù)雜。結(jié)合建筑造型,采用鋼管混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,外挑空間采用懸挑桁架抬柱或吊柱形式。首先對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行超限情況判定,采取相適應(yīng)的抗震性能目標(biāo)及超限應(yīng)對(duì)措施。然后通過性能化分析,總結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力特性,并通過彈塑性時(shí)程分析檢驗(yàn)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件在大震下的性能。最后,針對(duì)關(guān)鍵部位及設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn),補(bǔ)充連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)點(diǎn)分析、樓蓋舒適度分析、穿層柱屈曲分析等。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)具有較好的抗震性能,結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。

Structural design of Hangzhou Wisdom Building

Abstract: The two high-rise buildings in the Hangzhou Wisdom Building are respectively formed by four box-shapedbuilding blocks of different sizes that are staggered and superimposed along the height direction. There are many interiorfacade setbacks,exterior overhanging and full-height spaces,which are connected by connecting bodies with complexshapes. Combined with the architectural shape,the CFST frame-core wall structural system was adopted,and the exterioroverhanging space adopted the form of cantilevered truss lifting column or hanging column. Firstly,the out-of-code situationof the structure was determined,and the appropriate seismic performance targets and out-of-code countermeasures weretaken. Then,through performance-based analysis,the overall mechanical characteristics of the structure were summarized,and the performance of key components under rare earthquakes was tested through elasto-plastic time-history analysis.Finally,according to the key parts and design difficulties,the design of connected structure,joint analysis,floor comfortanalysis,and buckling analysis of skip-floor columns were supplemented. The analysis results show that the structure hasgood seismic performance,and the structure is safe and reliable.
