施工順序?qū)Υ罂玟摻Y(jié)構(gòu)樁基位移影響分析

摘要: 受回填土等不平衡堆載作用的被動(dòng)樁樁身在附加作用下易發(fā)生位移,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)安全將產(chǎn)生不利影響。 基于某大跨斜撐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)遺址建筑施工過(guò)程,采用 MIDAS / Gen 建立精細(xì)化有限元模型,采用 m 法分析施工過(guò)程中承臺(tái)周?chē)靥钔量沽邦A(yù)應(yīng)力張拉對(duì)樁頂位移及承臺(tái)扭轉(zhuǎn)的影響,并與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比。 分析結(jié)果表明:隨上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工的進(jìn)行,在施加預(yù)應(yīng)力和考慮回填土作用的條件下,結(jié)構(gòu)的水平位移控制效果顯著;早期進(jìn)行周?chē)靥钔粱靥?承臺(tái)水平扭轉(zhuǎn)值小,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響小。

Analysis on influence of construction sequence on displacement of pile foundation for large-span steel structure

Abstract:Passive piles subjected to unbalanced load such as backfill soil are prone to displacement under additionalaction, which will have adverse effects on structural safety. Based on construction process of a large-span slanted bracedsteel structure site building, MIDAS / Gen was used to establish a fine finite element model, and m method was used toanalyze the influence of backfill soil resistance around the cap and prestress tension on displacement of pile top and torsionof the cap during the construction process, and the results were compared with the measured data. The analysis results showthat with the construction of the superstructure, the horizontal displacement control effect of the structure is significant underthe conditions of applying prestress and considering backfill soil action. When the surrounding backfill soil is backfilled inthe early stage, the horizontal torsion value of the cap is small and the influence on the structure is small.
