【提要】 在晉江市某工程中，首次采用預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁置換部分土體，形成由增強(qiáng)體和周圍地基土共同承擔(dān)荷載的預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁復(fù)合地基。該方法既能充分發(fā)揮樁和樁間土的承載性能，又能很好地協(xié)調(diào)地基的變形。介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁復(fù)合地基的設(shè)計(jì)過程，并將其與傳統(tǒng)的預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)相比較，結(jié)果表明采用該方案設(shè)計(jì)，可縮短工期、降低成本。該設(shè)計(jì)可供同類工程參考。

ar the loads.Using this method,the bearing performance of the piles and soil around it can be made full use of and the foundation deformation can also be coordinated.The design process of the composite foundation is introduced and compared with traditional prestressed pipe piles foundation.The results show that the composite foundation program can save time and cost.The design could be a reference to other similar engineering.
