【提要】 在晉江市某工程中,首次采用預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁置換部分土體,形成由增強(qiáng)體和周圍地基土共同承擔(dān)荷載的預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁復(fù)合地基。該方法既能充分發(fā)揮樁和樁間土的承載性能,又能很好地協(xié)調(diào)地基的變形。介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁復(fù)合地基的設(shè)計(jì)過程,并將其與傳統(tǒng)的預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)相比較,結(jié)果表明采用該方案設(shè)計(jì),可縮短工期、降低成本。該設(shè)計(jì)可供同類工程參考。
