門(mén)式剛架含缺陷外伸式端板梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析與試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]對(duì)1個(gè)符合規(guī)范要求(無(wú)缺陷)和3個(gè)不符合規(guī)范要求(含缺陷)的門(mén)式剛架外伸式端板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了承載力試驗(yàn)及相應(yīng)的有限元分析,以了解實(shí)際工程中存在的含缺陷節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能,并對(duì)該類節(jié)點(diǎn)在正負(fù)彎矩作用下的性能進(jìn)行了有限元分析。研究結(jié)果表明:在節(jié)點(diǎn)域屈曲起控制的節(jié)點(diǎn)中,節(jié)點(diǎn)域設(shè)置加勁肋對(duì)提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力作用相當(dāng)顯著;相對(duì)于梁端板和柱翼緣同時(shí)加厚的無(wú)缺陷節(jié)點(diǎn),含缺陷節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限承載力基本接近,但其彈性抗彎能力下降、初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度有所下降,其性能分析適合采用半剛性理論。所采用的有限元分析方法結(jié)果可靠,可為含缺陷節(jié)點(diǎn)的門(mén)式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力分析或后續(xù)加固提供依據(jù)。

Finite element analysis and experimental study on defect-containing extended End-plate beam-column joint of portal frames

Abstract:The bearing capacity tests of 4 extended end-plate connections of portal frames, which include a coinciding with the design code (normal) one and other 3 non-coincidence (defect-containing) ones, were carried out along with finite element analysis to comprehend the mechanical property of such connections in practice. The behaviors under positive and negative moment of these connections were analyzed by finite element method. Several conclusions have been drawn: setting ribbed stiffener in joint panel zone is essential to increase the bearing capacity for joints of which bearing capacity are determined by buckling of joint panel zone; the ultimate bearing capacities of defect-containing joints are closely to the normal ones, yet their elastic bending resistance and initial rotational stiffness decrease, and the semi-rigid theory is appropriate for the performance analysis of such kind of joints. The adopted finite element analysis is reliable enough to give references to the structural force analysis and the subsequent structural reinforcement of defect-containing joints.
