螺旋咬邊式鋼板倉結構的有限元分析

[提要] 螺旋咬邊式鋼板倉在我國屬于新型結構,其受力狀況復雜。用有限元法對螺旋咬邊式鋼板倉結構進行了有限元分析。計算結果表明鋼板倉在相對高度ht / hn = 0.03~0.2范圍內應力和變形較大,這一部位應是鋼板倉的重點防護部位,應加強板和梁的強度和剛度。計算結果對工程設計和應用有參考意義。
[關鍵詞] 鋼板倉 有限元法 應力 變形 螺旋咬邊The stresses and deformations of the steel silo are computed with the finite element method under wind load and the full load. The computed results show the stresses and deformations of the steel silo are higher in the relative height ht / hn = 0.03~0.2,in which the rigidity and strength should be strengthened for steel silo generally. The results are very helpful for the design and application of steel silo.
