(1 東南大學(xué) 南京 210096; 2 鄭州大學(xué) 450002)[提要] 針對某住宅樓由于地基不均勻沉降引起的上部結(jié)構(gòu)傾斜變形,采用壓漿無砂混凝土小樁復(fù)合地基技術(shù)加固原有基礎(chǔ),使結(jié)構(gòu)不再繼續(xù)發(fā)生不均勻沉降。通過計算分析提出糾偏設(shè)計方案,采用掏土灌漿施工方案成功地完成了該住宅樓上部結(jié)構(gòu)的糾偏,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。該設(shè)計及施工方案可供同類工程參考。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 糾偏 加固 工程 不均勻沉降 無砂混凝土 壓漿 水泥漿Based on analysis of incline caused by ground unequal settlement of a apartment building, the technique of composite pile ground of un-sand concrete grouted with cement paste is used to consolidate the ground and the building.The design scheme of rectifying deviation is presented according to calculation. The construction schemes of drawing out soil and grouting are adopted to accomplish rectifying deviation of the building and achieve expected purpose. The design and construction schemes are introduced as a reference for the same kind of engineering.
