(中南大學(xué)土木建筑學(xué)院 長沙410075)[提要] 工程實(shí)例表明,對墻下條形基礎(chǔ)加固可靈活地安排靜壓樁的施工順序,靜壓短樁(樁長≤lOm)的承載力可采用可靠的壓樁力除以1.5的系數(shù)得出。依據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出了墻下條形基礎(chǔ)改成樁基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)方案與靜壓樁靜壓力的施加方案。在砌體危房加固工程中,當(dāng)軟弱地基上墻下條形基礎(chǔ)沉降過大時(shí),可優(yōu)先采用該改進(jìn)的靜壓樁技術(shù)加固承重墻下基礎(chǔ)。

Design schemes of converting strip foundations beneath bearing wall into pile caps, and techniques of application of static pressure of static pile are proposecl,which the technique of static pile modified on strengthening of strip foundation beneath bearing wall in dangerous masonry buildings should be adopted first of all when the settlement of bearing wall's strip foundation on soft ground base is too much.
