(哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 150090)[提要] 以工程實(shí)踐中常用的6m跨C160×70×20×3卷邊檁條為研究對象,在風(fēng)吸力作用下,考慮檁條的支座連接條件、拉條剛度、拉條布置位置、屋面對檁條有無側(cè)移約束作用等因素,采用ANSYS5.7通用程序進(jìn)行了大量雙重非線性分析,給出了各種荷載條件下的拉條內(nèi)力、檁條的極限承載力和軸壓-橫向荷載線性相關(guān)表達(dá)式,并提出了一些可供實(shí)用設(shè)計參考的建議。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 風(fēng)吸力 檁條 承載力 設(shè)計建議The behavior of common thin-walled channel purlin C160×70×20×3(6m span) subjected to wind uplift load is studied. The factors such as support conditions, location and stiffness of the pulling rod, the lateral restraints offered by roof panels etc., are taken into consideration. Based on the analyzing results by means of ANSYS5 .7, the inner-force of the pulling rod, ultimate load-carrying capacity and the linear interaction equation between axial compression and lateral load of the purlin are obtained. And some practical design suggestions are also proposed.
