(湖南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 長沙 410082)[提要] 采用ANSYS大型有限元結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件,對(duì)深圳文化中心黃金樹結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了整體分析,根據(jù)整體分析的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)中復(fù)雜的不規(guī)則空間結(jié)構(gòu)中的超大直徑焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì),得出了其應(yīng)力分布。合理地設(shè)計(jì)了空心球節(jié)點(diǎn),滿足強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性要求。并得出了一些有用的結(jié)論。詳述了空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)計(jì)算模型的建立和有限元分析的方法,以及分析過程中的約束處理和荷載施加。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 樹狀結(jié)構(gòu) 超大直徑 空心球節(jié)點(diǎn) 分析設(shè)計(jì)Some welded-hollow-spherical joints of a complex and anomalistics space structure are designed and analyzed by using the analysis software-ANSYS on the basis of the datas obtained from the analysis of the entire structure, that is, the Gold Tree structure in the Culture Center in Shenzhen.The distribution of the stress is obtained and the joints are designed which satisfy the requirements of the intensity and stability. At last, some useful conclusions are drawn. The establishment of the calculation model for the welded-hollow-spherical joints and the finite element analysis method which includes the disposing of the restricts and the exerting of the loadings are recounted in detail.
