[提要]  較詳細(xì)地介紹了直徑37.40m，總高30.27m的陜西省自然博物館球幕影院的網(wǎng)殼設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)采用XJ DST-1鋼網(wǎng)架輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件，結(jié)構(gòu)分析采用了基于U．L列式的薄壁構(gòu)件空間梁一柱單元。除考慮網(wǎng)殼的強(qiáng)度、剛度外，還分析了單層球殼的屈曲模態(tài)和振動(dòng)模態(tài)的形式，通過(guò)非線(xiàn)性分析，跟蹤了網(wǎng)殼屈曲的全過(guò)程。針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)，利用球形網(wǎng)殼的風(fēng)壓云圖進(jìn)行了風(fēng)載驗(yàn)算。設(shè)計(jì)方法可供同類(lèi)工程參考。

The spherical dome design procedure of cinema used in Nature Museum of Shanxi Province is introduced in detail. The diameter of spherical dome is 37.40m and overall high is 30.27m. Design software XJDST-1 is used which includes space beam-column element of thin wall structure based on U.L formulation. The buckling and dynamical model of single layer spherical dome is analyzed except the intensity and rigid about spherical dome, buckling procedure of the latticed structure is traced. A wind tunnel test for the project is made and the nephogram of wind pressure is used for checking strength. The method of design can be a reference for the same project.
