(中國建筑西北設(shè)計(jì)研究院 西安 710003)[提要] 慶化開元高科大廈是B級(jí)高度的復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),其建筑豎向上的結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層與建筑使用功能轉(zhuǎn)換層不在同一層,且結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層上下兩部分的軸網(wǎng)早45。相交,這給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)帶來了較大的難度。重點(diǎn)介紹了轉(zhuǎn)換層的選型、整體計(jì)算模型的處理,并提供了控制轉(zhuǎn)換層上下層等效剪切剛度比、層間側(cè)向剛度比的有效方法,很好地處理了建筑轉(zhuǎn)換層、設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)換層、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層之間的關(guān)系。

Structural transfer story and that for facility are not in the same floor, and the axis nets of the two structural parts on and under the transfer story areintersectant in 45。angle, which make structural design more difficult. How to choose the transfer structure and clispose the total computation model is mainly discussed. In addition, the efficient methods for controlling the equivalent shear stiffness ratio between the upper and the lower one of the transfer story and the interlayer lateral stiffness ratio are also investigated, which well solves the setting of the architectural transfer story, the structural one and that for facility.
