[提要] 《碳纖維片材加固修復(fù)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》( CECS146:2003)是國內(nèi)關(guān)于纖維增強(qiáng)材料加固修復(fù)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)的第一個(gè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，該規(guī)程分為六章，對碳纖維片材加固修復(fù)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用做出了比較詳細(xì)的技術(shù)規(guī)定和論述，主要介紹了該規(guī)程的編制背景和主要內(nèi)容。

The specification includes six chapters, which introduce the technical prescript details and applications of strengthening concrete structures with CFRP. They are general rules,terms and symbol,material properties, design and operation method and verification method,construction,quality checking,appendix and illumination.
