重賓保利國際廣場結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和分析

張耀康, 周健(華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]重賓保利國際廣場位于重慶市渝中區(qū),建筑高度286.8m,塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了項目的結(jié)構(gòu)選型,基礎(chǔ)和地下室、上部結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計特點。按不同規(guī)范對核心鋼管混凝土柱的承載力進行了比較計算,根據(jù)風洞試驗結(jié)果確定本工程風荷載體型系數(shù)的取值。最后對剛重比的計算和結(jié)構(gòu)重力二階效應(yīng)進行了分析研究和探討。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑;加強層;核心鋼管混凝土柱;剛重比;重力二階效應(yīng)中圖分類號:TU375文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)05-0053-05Structural design and analysis on Chongbin-Baoli PlazaZhang Yaokang, Zhou Jian (East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: Chongbin-Baoli Plaza is 286.8m high, which located at Chongqing Yuzhong district. The RC frame-core wall structural system is used for the tower. The structural form selection, design characteristics of foundation, basement and upper structures were introduced. Bearing capacity of the concrete filled steel tube designed according to different codes was compared, and the wind load shape coefficient was determined by results of wind tunnel test.
