（清華大學(xué)土木工程系 北京 100084）[提要] 簡要介紹新發(fā)布的《高強混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》的主要內(nèi)容，以及這一規(guī)程對1993年編制的《高強混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與施工指南》( HSCC93-1,2) 所作的增補與修訂。
