(中國建筑科學(xué)研究院工程抗震研究所 北京 100013)[提要] 探討了底部兩層框架抗震墻磚房中底部兩層層間側(cè)移剛度的簡化計算方法,分析指出了計算第二層側(cè)移剛度采用的層間位移應(yīng)扣除鋼筋砼墻在第一層樓板處轉(zhuǎn)角產(chǎn)生的側(cè)移。給出了底部兩層框架抗震墻磚房第三層與第二層側(cè)移剛度比的合理取值為1.2~2.0,并且不應(yīng)小于1.0,供設(shè)計人員參考。

The inter-story displacement of the second story lateral stiffness should be deducted from the displacement of the first floor slab rotation in the shear walls. Rational option of lateral stiffness ratio of the third storey to the second- storey in this kind of building is l.2—2.0 and not less than l.0.
