[提要]  由于砼與磚砌體的線膨脹系數(shù)相差一倍,在溫度作用下,現(xiàn)澆砼屋面的磚混房屋頂層墻體很容易產(chǎn)生裂縫。將房屋頂層端部設(shè)計成抗側(cè)移墻體,通過控制墻體的抗側(cè)移剛度消除溫度裂縫。理論與實踐表明,此辦法是行之有效的。

Because the expansion coefficient of concrete is two times as much as that of brick masonry, the temperature cracks occurre easily in the top wall in brick masonry structure. When the top side wall is designed as lateral-displacement-resistant wall, the temperature cracks will be eliminated by controling the lateral rigidity. Theoretical analysis and construction practice show that this measure is effective.
