[提要]  對(duì)北京國(guó)貿(mào)大廈進(jìn)行了罕遇大震下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析，指出了鋼-混凝土筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)的地震反應(yīng)特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)此類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的位移控制、高寬比、塑性鉸機(jī)制和加強(qiáng)層設(shè)置等提出了一些設(shè)想。

Base on the plastic and elastic duration analyses to China World Tower in rare earthquake, the issue shows the characteristics of earthquake reaction of steel-concrete mixture tubular structure. Some considerations are also delivered, such as displacement control, ratio of height to width, plastic hinges mechanics and strengthening layer setup etc.
