（廈門市建筑設(shè)計(jì)院 361003）[提要] 廈門國旅大廈I期工程原為九層框架結(jié)構(gòu)，由于建筑功能的改變，需要對原結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改建，同時(shí)增加四層。本文介紹了該工程的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施，初步探討了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中加層、抗震加固及粘鋼加固的方法。
