延安某辦公樓的工程事故分析和托換加固處理

（廣東省建筑設(shè)計研究院 廣州 510010）[提要] 分析了延安某辦公樓工程事故的原因，并根據(jù)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)研究成果，考慮到地基基礎(chǔ)和上部結(jié)構(gòu)共同工作的可能性，采用了灰土井墩托換加固方案，實(shí)踐證明，該托換加固處理是成功的。

Considering interaction of soil-foundation-upper wall, piers with a distance of 6.Om are adopted. The results of settlement observation and the test of two rainy seasons show that the strengthing of the building is proved successfully.
