［摘要］北京金雁飯店是立面造型獨(dú)特且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的高層建筑，分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的平面及豎向不規(guī)則性，有針對性地提出了解決方案。通過兩程序的對比分析、彈性時程分析、中震作用分析、彈塑性時程分析得出結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足性能設(shè)計要求的結(jié)論；最后，對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件和工程的關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了分析討論。

Abstract: Beijing Jinyan Hotel is a tall building whose shape is very special and unique, and the structure is very complex. The beyond code limits of this building were analyzed, and the relevant solution schemes were proposed. According to the comparison on the analysis results of the two programs, elastic time-history analysis, medium earthquake effect analysis, elastic-plastic time-history analysis, the conclusion was got that the structure can meet the requirement of performance based seismic design. At last, the key points of this structure as well as important segments were analyzed and discussed.
