林瑤明，林凡，方小丹，韋宏（華南理工大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院，廣州 510640）［摘要］廣州某國際金融中心為高度170m的超限高層建筑，采用鋼管混凝土柱框架混凝土筒體結(jié)構(gòu)體系。采用SATWE，ETABS進(jìn)行多遇地震作用和風(fēng)荷載作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的計算分析，采用SATWE進(jìn)行彈性時程分析，采用PUSH&EPDA進(jìn)行大震下的靜力彈塑性推覆分析（Pushover）和動力彈塑性時程分析；同時用ETABS分析了樓板在小震、中震及大震作用下的應(yīng)力。計算結(jié)果表明該結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范的各項要求，并采取了一些構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施，可供同類工程參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］超限高層建筑；混凝土柱；彈塑性分析；時程分析；加強(qiáng)措施中圖分類號：TU355文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2012)07-0017-05Structure design on ultra-limit high-rise building of an international financial center in GuangzhouLin Yaoming, Lin Fan, Fang Xiaodan, Wei Hong(Architectural Design & Research Institute of South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640, China)Abstract: An international financial center in Guangzhou is a ultra-limit high-rise building of 170 meters high, with concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) column-concrete corewall structure system. The structure was analyzed by SATWE and ETABS under frequent earthquake and wind load. The elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake by SATWE, elastic-plastic static analysis (Pushover) and elastic-plastic dynamic analysis (EPDA) under rare earthquake by PUSH&EPDA were carried out. The stress of floor under several earthquake cases was analyzed by ETABS. The results meet requirements of technical codes and some strengthening measures-have also been used to ensure the security of the structure.
