超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度應(yīng)力分析與設(shè)計實踐

華旦,吳杰,干鋼(浙江大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院,杭州 310027)[摘要]超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度應(yīng)力問題一直是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中值得探討的問題。結(jié)合工程實踐,介紹了超長混凝土框架的混凝土收縮和等效溫差的計算方法、采用無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋抵抗溫度應(yīng)力的設(shè)計方法以及合理設(shè)置后澆帶和雙梁引導(dǎo)縫等構(gòu)造措施。通過這些方法和措施,能有效減少混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中溫度應(yīng)力帶來的影響。[關(guān)鍵詞]超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu);溫度應(yīng)力;等效溫差;無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力;雙梁引導(dǎo)縫中圖分類號:TU375文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)07-0056-04Analysis and engineering practice of temperature stress-on super-long concrete structuresHua Dan, Wu Jie, Gan Gang(The Architectural Design & Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027, China)Abstract: Temperature stress on super-long concrete structures is an issue, which should be discussed during structure design. Combined with an engineering practice, a computing method about concrete shrinkage and equivalent temperature variation was introduced. A design method about resisting temperature stress of unbonded prestress was used. Several construction measures were used to reduce the temperature variation and shrinkage effects such as reasonable set of late poured band and double beam guide seam.
