有大型中庭空間的超高層建筑風荷載試驗研究*

摘要]某超高層建筑高228m,在建筑中部設(shè)置大型中庭空間用于建筑的自然通風和采光等。對該建筑進行了風洞模型試驗,根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果分析了中庭內(nèi)風壓分布的特點、相關(guān)性及概率特征,并對比了有無中庭情況下結(jié)構(gòu)的整體風荷載。結(jié)果表明:中庭內(nèi)風壓分布均勻,相關(guān)性高,其概率特征可按高斯分布進行處理,中庭的存在對結(jié)構(gòu)整體風荷載沒有影響。根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果,并結(jié)合規(guī)范的分析,給出了中庭內(nèi)風壓的局部體型系數(shù)和陣風系數(shù)。

Experimental investigation of wind loads on a super tall building with a large courtyard

Abstract: A super tall building with a height of 228m was designed, a large courtyard was set for natural ventilation and light. Based on results of the wind tunnel test, the wind pressure distribution characteristics, the correlations of wind pressures and the probabilistic characteristics of wind pressures in the courtyard were investigated in detail. Wind loads on the structure for the cases with and without the courtyard were compared. The results show that the pressure distributions in the courtyard are approximately uniform, the correlations of wind pressures in the courtyard are very high and their probabilistic characteristics are compatible with Gaussian distribution. Wind loads on the structure for the cases with and without the courtyard are almost identical. Finally, shape coefficient and gust factor for the design of cladding inside the courtyard were recommended.
