輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)中釘節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)研究*

摘要]進(jìn)行了輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)中木框架剪力墻中面板釘節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)研究,先按照美國(guó)ASTMF1575-03的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)所采用的國(guó)產(chǎn)熱鍍麻花釘做了10個(gè)試件的抗彎試驗(yàn);并按照美國(guó)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ASTM-F1676-03進(jìn)行了兩類各4組(每組各10個(gè))試件的單向拉伸荷載試驗(yàn)。一類為荷載垂直于木材紋路方向,另一類為荷載平行于木材紋路方向。通過試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),面板對(duì)釘節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限承載力影響最大,而完全采用國(guó)產(chǎn)材料制作的面板釘節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較高的極限承載力。該試驗(yàn)為國(guó)產(chǎn)材料應(yīng)用于輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)提供了面板與木框架釘節(jié)點(diǎn)連接性能的基礎(chǔ)資料。

Test research on nail joints of light wood structure

Abstract: Test research on nail joints between panel and wood frame in light wood frame shear walls was introduced. Ten domestic screw nails were used in the bending test according to ASTM-F1575-03. Based on ASTM-F1676-03, unidirectional tensile tests of two types, one with perpendicular-to-grain and the other with parallel-to-grain nail joints specimens were carried out. There were four groups of each type, and each group has 10 specimens. The results show that panel had great effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of nail joints. Specimens completely made by domestic materials can get larger ultimate bearing capacity. Useful data on the performance of sheathing-to-wood connections,which were completely made by domestic materials were provided.
