混凝土軸壓潰裂過(guò)程的細(xì)觀數(shù)值試驗(yàn)研究*

摘要]將混凝土視為由骨料、砂漿以及它們之間的界面過(guò)渡區(qū)(ITZ)組成的細(xì)觀復(fù)合材料,建立了一種包含零厚度粘結(jié)單元在內(nèi)的有限元模型,將粘結(jié)單元嵌入到ITZ中以及砂漿單元的邊界上,以形成潛在的裂縫發(fā)展路徑。利用該模型對(duì)已生成的二維混凝土試件進(jìn)行了單軸壓縮的數(shù)值試驗(yàn),獲得了試件的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系曲線以及試件從微裂紋萌發(fā)、裂縫開(kāi)展到最后壓潰破壞過(guò)程的裂縫演變狀態(tài),得到的宏觀裂縫及潰裂形態(tài)與軸壓物理試驗(yàn)十分相近,得到的力學(xué)響應(yīng)曲線與物理試驗(yàn)也呈現(xiàn)良好的一致性。

Mesoscopic numerical test of crushing process of concrete under uniaxial compression

Abstract: Concrete is here regarded as a kind of mesoscopic composite material composed by aggregates, cement mortar and interfacial transition zones (ITZ). A finite-lement model involving zero-hickness cohesive elements is then established. The cohesive elements are embedded in the ITZ and the boundaries of cement mortar elements, along which the potential path of cracking evolution is formed. Using the proposed model, a uniaxial compressive numerical test is carried out to the generated two-imensional numerical specimen. The stress-train curve and the cracking patterns of the specimen at different stages from cracking generation and evolution to the final crushing are all presented. The obtained mechanical responses and cracking patterns are much realistic and match the corresponding physical test closely.
